Standard Delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK

UK standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked 48-hour delivery service. You’ll usually receive your delivery within 2-3 days of placing your order, Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 6.00pm. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll email you with your tracking information. You can then track your order through the Royal Mail website. Orders do not have to be signed for but if nobody is in, a card will be posted through your door with further instructions on what to do next.

We reserve the right to not deliver orders to addresses we don’t think are safe or secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box or what access poses a risk to our staff. If this affects an order that you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Overseas Delivery

Standard overseas delivery is £16 to the following **selected countries within the EU.

Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

We use a range of carriers for orders for delivery outside the UK. The selected carrier will be dependent on the size of the order and destination country. You will be notified of your delivery and tracking information once your order has been processed. Orders will arrive within 7-14 working days. We can track your parcel until it reaches the destination sorting office, where it will be passed on to local mail carriers. 

Non-standard overseas delivery

If you wish to purchase Radbots but your delivery destination is not covered above, please contact us by email at for a bespoke delivery quotation.

Changing or cancelling your order

We’re sorry that it won’t be possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return the item(s) following our returns and refund process, below.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind and you would like a refund please contact us stating the reason for your return. Returns are free providing you have complied with our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you decide to cancel, let us know here and we will provide details of the FREEPOST returns service. You must inform us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Items must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We can only take returns if the item is in its original condition, with its original packaging and labels, and we’d expect the item to be unused and undamaged. 

If your item is damaged in transit, please get in touch. You have 14 days to return the goods and request a refund.

It can take up to 14 days from returning your items for a refund to be credited to the payment card that was used to place the order. Refunds will be processed in line with any discount that was applied at the time of purchase. If you wish to return a purchase and you’ve already received a partial refund, you’ll only be eligible to receive the remaining refund amount.
